 9DDS - "Who Says You Can't Save Those Teeth?"Instructor: Edward Feinberg\
, D.M.D.Synopsis: Many teeth that are currently being extracted to place
implants can actually be saved. Most often\, teeth deemed "hopeless" have
no clinical crowns. These teeth can be saved without posts\, without bui
ldups\, without fancy orthodontic extrusion procedures and without extensi
ve crown lengthening surgery. Many dentists think this is impossible beca
use the approach to crown and bridgework that is taught in every dental in
stitution is incorrect and cannot address the proper way to handle these t
eeth. Cases will be shown from a library of more than 100\,000 pictures ta
ken during the last 70 years. Many of these cases were documented over de
 cades WITH x-rays.
