Per the notice below, the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) has issued a presentation on how CAHPS data can improve patient safety and the well-being of health care providers.

The Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) 2023 Virtual Research Meeting explored how data from CAHPS surveys and other patient experience information can improve patient safety and the well-being of the healthcare workforce.  More than 600 CAHPS survey users, researchers, healthcare organization leaders, patient advocates, policymakers, Federal partners, and the CAHPS Consortium attended.  The meeting included a keynote address from Donald Berwick, M.D., M.P.P., president emeritus and senior fellow at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement.  Select to access a summary of the presentation and discussions.  Abstracts of all session presentations are also available in the Appendix.
