DFS Issues Draft Regulations on Coverage for Dentists Ordering Physical Therapy

Per the notice below, the New York State Department of Financial Services (DFS) has issued draft regulations for preliminary comment that calls for coverage of physical therapy services when referred by a dentist (among others) in various motor vehicle insurance policies.
