Welcome to the Ninth District Dental Association

The Ninth District Dental Society was formed in 1909 and renamed to the Ninth District Dental Association in 2002. We have a membership of over 1500 dentists in 5 counties: Westchester, Rockland, Dutchess, Orange and Putnam.

In its quest to serve both the public and the profession, the Ninth District embodies the highest ideals.

The mission of the 9^th District Dental Association is to serve and support its members and the public by improving the oral health of our community through Advocacy, Continuing Education and Camaraderie.

WCB Issues New Claimant Release Form

Per the notice below, the New York State Workers' Compensation Board (WCB) has issued a new Claimant Release Form, which is the only form WCB will accept for a party releasing claims in a WCB settlement agreement as of October 19, 2024.

Important form update: Section 32 Waiver Agreement: Claimant Release (Form C-32.1)

The Section 32 Waiver Agreement: Claimant Release (Form C-32.1) was recently updated to reflect the amendments made to Workers’ Compensation Law Section 24(2)(f), that took effect January 1, 2023. Accordingly, beginning October 19, 2024, the Board will no longer accept any C-32.1 forms with a version date before April 1, 2024. This and other forms are available on the Board’s website at wcb.ny.gov/forms.
