In its quest to serve both the public and the profession, the Ninth District embodies the highest ideals.

The Workers’ Compensation Board (Board) is pleased to share its 2024 Annual Report. Pursuant to Workers’ Compensation Law § 153, this report details the Board’s work in hearing and deciding cases and related aspects of the Board’s operations, including the assembly and adjudication of workers’ compensation claims, and payer compliance efforts. This year’s report also shares progress on other key initiatives, including modernization projects, improving injured workers’ access to medical care, and reopening Board offices to the public.
