CAHPS Issues Health Plan Survey Results
Per the notice below, the Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS) has issued the results from its Health Plan Survey.
Now Available: 2024 Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems Health Plan Survey Database Results
Results from the 2024 Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems (CAHPS®) Health Plan Survey Database are now available. The CAHPS Health Plan Survey asks enrollees about their recent experiences with their health plan and medical care. The 2024 CAHPS Health Plan Survey Database includes 201,683 survey responses voluntarily submitted for Adult Medicaid, Child Medicaid, and Children’s Health Insurance Program enrollee populations. Survey data were collected from July 2023 through June 2024. Key findings from the 2024 CAHPS Health Plan Survey Database include:
- How Well Doctors Communicate was the highest-scoring composite measure
- Getting Needed Care was the lowest-scoring composite measure
- Personal Doctor was the highest rating item
