Conflict can be a part of everyday work life that most of us would like to avoid. This seminar covers a broader understanding of conflict and why it happens, the negative impact of conflict within the work environment, and resolution strategies to effectively navigate these challenging situations. The objective of this session is to provide effective tips, techniques, and strategies for participants to improve their conflict management competency through enhancing their knowledge and skillset. Healthy conflict in an organization is normal and not necessarily a bad thing. Unhealthy, unmanaged conflict will lead to communication breakdowns, low morale, a lack of cohesion and teamwork, and other negative consequences that can be avoided.
